Shipping Policy

Lavender Pins packages are shipped by Priority Mail within the USA, except for international buyers. Priority Mail insures up to $100 and scanned through the system once the post office has your package. In the event that your package is lost, stolen, and/or damaged, please file a claim with your Post Office.

*First Class shipping is an option for buyers within the USA, however, by choosing to downgrade to First Class, you agree that Lavender Pins is not responsible to what happens to your packages.

Choosing to downgrade shipping preference will be at your own risk


International buyers have the option to purchase Priority Mail, when checking out of the store. However, they are responsible for the price increase. Lavender Pins will not cover the price increase. If chosen to not purchase Priority Mail, International buyers have agreed that Lavender Pins is *not* responsible for lost, damaged, stolen packages once packages are handed to the Post Office.


Please be aware that, once packages are given to the Post Office, Lavender Pins is no longer responsible for them. Please contact your Post Office for further assistance should any problems occur with your package.


Lavender Pins DOES ship to the EU. However, buyers are responsible for any VAT or Customs charges that may occur.


Address changes will be requested via an Instagram announcement post, or requested in the corresponding groups, saying the pins have arrived from the manufacturer. Please provide any address changes within 72 hours of the announcement.


Warning: We are not responsible for replacing or intercepting your package if an address change has not been provided within that time frame. Please contact your Post Office for further help.


Lavender Pins is not responsible for pins being shipped to the wrong address. Be sure you type in your address correctly during check out process. If there was a mistake in your checkout process, email with your order number, name, and correct address.


Any In-Hand pins are shipped out within one week. However, please be aware there may be delays. In the event of delays, feel free to email or message me (either my assist page or main IG) with any concerns about the shipping time frame of In-Hand pin purchase, if they have not been shipped out after two or more weeks.


Lavender Pins will not combine separate orders. Please be sure to include all pins you wish to purchase *before* completely checking out.


Please do not combine Presale with In-Hand purchases during check out. In doing so, you agree to wait the time it takes for the Presale pin to be completed to be shipped with your In-Hand pin. If you cannot wait the time it takes for a Presale to be finished and wish to have your In-Hand pin, please do not purchase together.
